Note to self and others:
When you feel so tired when driving, pull over and stop in a safe place. Breathe. Assess what your body needs. Pay attention. Remember your body is shutting down your thinking ability - not all systems are working effectively.
Take the time, to love yourself and ask yourself: Do I need?
A little sleep
Fresh air
To stretch and move my body
To meditate
A drink of water
Something to eat
To phone for someone to come for me
Essential oils for fatigue and to boost energy: Basil, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Peppermint, Orange, Rosemary - keep what works for you best or a blend in your car (If pregnant consult your specialist)
